Minpaku License Assistance

Turning your property into a short-term rental in Myoko can be tricky, especially when getting the Minpaku license. Our bilingual team makes it easy! We take care of everything—from applications to ensuring your property meets safety standards—all for a flat fee of 200,000 yen.

We also provide assistance with translation services for communicating with real estate agents/owners. Whether you’re buying a new property or expanding, we walk with you through Japanese paperwork. With us, language and legal challenges disappear.
